Getting help
What kind of technical support is available?
All users can ask questions and exchange code on the forums. This is an active group of users of all ages and ability levels where questions on all aspects of using Revolution are the subject of lively debate. We will give you basic up and running support by email, but if you need more help than that, you can also buy technical support via email and telephone as a separate service. See the Support Packages for more information.
Are there consultants available to work with Revolution if I need them?
There is a thriving network of consultants available to work on Revolution projects the world over. Check the consultants page or ask on the forums.
Are there any Revolution conferences and events that I can attend?
Yes, there are regular Revolution conferences and events. We can also organize training either here in our office in Edinburgh, or at your site. The next Revolution conference will be in Las Vegas during May 2008. Please contact us for more information.
How can I search the mailing list archives?
How can I join the Revolution community?
Are there example applications/manuals/books available to get me started?
Yes! Vist our Developers Section and have a look at the examples and tutorials available there.
A good way to get started is to look at the video tutorials, the first set of which are included in the trial download under Documentation -> Getting Started. You can also browse through "User Spaces" to find contributions from Revolution users in the Revonline section of the program. There is a downloadable PDF user guide. We offer the printed manuals from our store, as well as Dan Shafer's excellent book "Revolution: Software at the Speed of Thought", an indispensible aid to getting started with Revolution.
