announces the immediate release of Revolution 2.7.4.
Runtime Revolution 2.7.4 is the most versatile and flexible
cross-platform development tool available, with the broadest operating
system support: Windows, MacOS X Universal Binary, Linux and Solaris.

platforms. Revolution is a development environment of firsts: it is the

The Revolution 2.7.4 update is available for the entire product line,
including Revolution Media ($49), Revolution Studio ($299) and
Revolution Enterprise ($899). The release includes 49 features and
improvements, including:
*Hover Icon. Objects can now be highlighted when you move your mouse
over them, improving the responsiveness of your interface.
*Proportional Resizing. Hold down shift and resize any object keeping
the proportions exactly as you want them
*Multiline tooltips. Developers can have their applications display
much longer and informative tool tips.
*rev insert XML node. Insert data into the middle of an XML document
exactly where its needed
* rev zip cancel. You can now add a cancel button to your progress bar
when zipping or unzipping items using the built in revzip feature
Runtime Revolution also announces a free three month trial of its one
year update program. At the time of purchase, customers can also
upgrade to the entire one year update program at a 50% savings.
Existing customers who purchased after July 22, 2006 will be able to
unlock version 2.7.4 using their existing code.
